If you check the attached screenshot you’ll notice the Undo & Redo icons are greyed out.
I noticed this a few days ago.
I’ve just made a change that I want to undo but cannot.
How do I get them to work?

This is a known issue that started occurring a few days ago. Try reloading the editor page and these actions will probably be available again.
