Update data rows from csv

Hello there

I have a question about uploading CSV file in run mode.
Is there a way to not add new records to the database, but update existing ones?
For example, check row by some key(email)?

So if some row with such email is already on the database, not create a new thing, but update existing.

Could we get some clarification on this? I also cannot figure out how to update via upload.
