Url doesn't work in mobile

Hi everyone,

I need help :slight_smile:

I have a “send email” action in one of my workflows

As you can see, i have a text with a url and part of this url is dynamic. I get the email with the format just fine and if i am in my computer, i can click this link in gmail and automatically opens the link in another tab.

But when i try to click the text from gmail in the mobile app, it doesn’t work correctly. If i just click, nothing happens, so i have to hold or press the text for a sec and then it gives me some actions to do

So i don’t know how to fix this, i can open links from other companies so is not an issue with the gmail app.

Can someone help me pls?

I tried to put an HTML because support told me that bbcode fails with some emails, but i don’t know how to do it…
