Want to extract data for multiple uploaded files

Hi,
I am using a multifileuploader. I have uploaded multiple PDF files. My question: In APIConnector, how do I extract data from all PDF files. I have 5 files but need a solution so that I can extract data from multiple files and view them one by one per file respectively.
