What can we improve? Bubble down - Any official communcation? !IMPORTANT

Hey amazing Bubblers and Bubble Team!

Please only comment if you have some suggestions to add.

Since we know Bubble is down since morning, there are 2 cents i would like to put on the table:

  • Status.bubble.io should be improved.
  • There should be an official communication which can be pinned to the top of forum and not commentable by everyone
  • If such breaking changes are to be taken place, we should be communcated in advance by email or ticker everytime we login to bubble.

Reasoning:

  • As many of us are working with various clients and the development is quite complex at times, the clients are always concious and this weakens the trust on Bubble by the users.
  • Bubble is something, which makes life easy and people are already not accepting no-code this hurts the whole community.
  • The alarming thing for me was, this morning I was trying to bring a client on board with Bubble which was an MNC, of course there is a hurt on maybe not getting the client but I was more keen on telling the MNCs that Bubble is capabale of their requirement. Bubble is love tbh.

This thread is open for other suggestions. Please keep them in pointers so easier to read for everyone.

The Bubble service is still intermittent. I cannot work with the editor, wolkflow tab isn’t working and from Plugin tab everything is gone. How long is it going to take to resolve the problem? All the work is stopped in my team. :frowning_face:

If it goes down that path, I am likely going to close it. :wink:

Stuff happens. They are human.

Keep calm and carry on.

As long as these things are a rare event, there is some post-mortem analysis, some checks are added to try and avoid it happening again etc. (stuff I’m sure bubble is already doing).

All we can do is just take a break and crank out the design part of the editor until bubble sorts out.
