What combinations of settings will ensure elements wrapping?

I know there is a simple answer, but this is driving me crazy. I have my whole page as a series of groups within groups. The container for the Main Body I have set as a row, but I cannot figure out how to get the two groups contained therein to stack when the screen is smaller. I have lots of other row elements that stack nicely when the page gets smaller. For the life of me, I cannot get this one group to stack.

Any help is appreciated.

It’s too vague of a question to give any specific help…

But you probably want to look at setting minimum widths on your elements…
