Most of my app builds for clients have been as a partnership, so itemized scoping hasn’t been a concern. With your prospective clients, what do you share with them when scoping an app build up front? Do you itemize everything so that it’s clear on every part of the services to be delivered/timing/pricing or do you group the work in general categories and charge for separate parts of the project with milestones?
