Where did Adjust Element Height option go from Run-mode Rendering?

Hey there.

There is the option which is part of the official doc -

This option used to be always available for image element and now is gone?
Anybody?

Are you using the old responsive engine or are you using the newish flexbox responsive system?

If on flexbox, share the screen shot of your image elements’ layout settings.

I am using the flexbox responsive engine in the app. The layout setup is like this :

The parent group is a Column layout (tried other layout versions, as well nothing seems to change) and the image inside this group is just an image, but w/o the option to use Adjust element height for the image element.

On the image element layout you have not done anything to control the width or the height and are allowing them both to expand as much as the parent container will. There is a simple checkbox for ‘keep this element aspect ratio fixed’ that will allow you to then enter a ratio like 3:2 or 16:9 and then all you need to do is manage the width settings and the height will adjust according to the width setting and the fixed aspect ratio setting.

Alternatively you could use the height settings to adjust height.

The option from documentation still does not appear in the element settings. I believe it is already related to old responsive design and bubble simply did not update the docs.
