Starting a few days ago (Jan 15, 2024-ish) I started noticing that whenever I load a new browser window with an editor for my app, my currently open version-test window gives me the “app must be updated” message. But I did not change anything. This never happened in the past. Only material changes to the app should flag for rebuild/update.
