After one of my users enters a number into numeric input field, it vanishes. This only happens with decimal input fields, and not for integers. What’s supposed to happen when the user enters this value, it gets saved to database and then it is displayed in the input field via the dynamic “initial content” field.
The weirdest thing about this, is that only one of my users (I have about 30 total) is experiencing this issue, which is making it challenging for me to fix because I can’t reproduce it.
I checked to make sure he is using a recent version of google chrome, and was connected to the internet, and tried refreshing cache. The only difference between him and all of my other users, is that he is Chinese, and his phone is set up in Chinese. We have tried switching his keyboard to English. He is using iPhone 13.
