This workflow encounters a bug when adding image data to the current user’s data…
When image data is put into a list, two pieces of the same image data are entered.
The occurrence of the bug is random, such as adding two image data or adding one image data.
Creating an image list is not safe!
Is the image uploader opening up a popup to select a photo for you? Mine is not and I believe I may be having the same issue.

I’m not putting the image uploader in the popup, I’m putting the image uploader in the group focus.
