Hello,
I have a mobile app on iOS and Android. My web app opens just fine, but both mobile apps are being 1015 Rate Limited from Cloudflare. I need immediate assistance as our apps have been down for 12 hours. Can anyone let me know how they corrected this? I have submitted a ticket to Bubble.
I’m also experiencing the same thing. I’ve had to ask my app users to clear the cache. On mobile this can only be done by deleting the app, restarting the phone, and reinstalling the app. Far from a good user experience.
I have a ticket open with support on this. They mentioned other users are also being rate limited and they added me as an affected user to the issue. No timeline or ETA for resolution could be provided, frustratingly.
