Hi
I am using 2chat.co’s plugin to send whatsapp messages to clients and it works great, but the formatting SUCK! It only allows you one single line of text and doesn’t allow you to put spaces or new lines between different sentences.
Does anyone know how to create new lines in this case as I really want to use their service.
I already brought it to their attention about 2 months ago and I still haven’t seen any improvement.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Good question. I haven’t used that plugin yet but have you tried using something like <br> to see if it will give you a line break? Or you can try \n and see if that works too. Let me know if that helps. 
Hi, Yes I have tried both of those options and nothing works. To be honest I have desperately been searching through almost all the plugins for whatsapp APIs and I think I finally found something better and even more cost effective. Thank you for the reply though.

Another plugin calles UAZAPI. It is in Portuguese though but if you can get the language sorted it is a great plugin and support is very quick to help.
It looks like the issue is just with the component you used. If you use Arbitrary Text, you will have no problem with the formatting [1].
