A bad support is a lost of clients

So I have reported a bug 3 days ago, and the support cannot get this to be fixed. I have relied on this platform for my startup and I am getting disappointed from it.
I do not write those kind of words if the system is great but the support is a crucial thing to platform like this.

So you tell me what should I do? I already move it to live and started to do 301’s and that was the issue that cannot be fixed.

Hi @gig-jockey,

What is the issue exactly?

301 redirect is not working and they are trying as we speak to solve this issue. I think it is a global platform issue.

example:
https://gig-jockey.com/artists/bfunky
should be redirected to

https://gig-jockey.com/artist/b-funky

and the first link shows that this page is exists and its not.

Both pages are loading for me.

In any case, shouldn’t this be done with your domain provider?

The first one should be redirect to the second, and no 301 is not done in the provider.

This is the feature OP is talking about

OP can you please talk more about the bug you’re experiencing?

This is exactly what I used.

In the old website there was a link to each user/artist.
for example: https://gig-jockey.com/artists/bfunky and etc.

Now I moved to Bubble after building the entire platform the same link is redirected to a new link inside Bubble.
The new link is: https://gig-jockey/artist/b-funky

Now when you click the old link it opens the all artists page and not the specific page that should be redirected.

The all artists link is: https://gig-jockey.com/artists/ and the https://gig-jockey.com/artists/bfunky should be 404, and its not.

Be patient. 3 days is not enough time for a fix. On average in my experience over 6+ years of building full time, the average time for a fix from time of bug submission is 14 days.
