Add element to a list even if it already exist

i am trying to store a list in my database by merging two other lists but when i do so the identical items are only stored once and i am trying to avoid that.
Need Help!

Hello, Bubblers! please how do I get bubble to allow duplicate values to exist in my list? it always removes duplicate values especially in custom state lists
