Addings unique links to lists typed out in a text element

Repeating Groups aren’t optimal when you want to display a horizontal list of text elements, as their width won’t change with the text elements length.

If you’re typing out a lists content in a text element, they all display nice, like this:
text A, text B, text C etc etc.
Does anyone have a clever way to make unique links to each of these list items?

What method are you using to determine where the link target is?

Possibly could use text :search & replace to put in rich text url links, this is a similar method for a different situation:

Can go part of the way with regular expressions putting in rich text links.
