I want to make a chat bot for facebook/other social media + website live support. Let me little bit more explain.
Think i sell clothing. Have 200+ products. I run boost on facebook. Someone came to my page and sent me screensshort for any of my products. (There will be a unique product code)
Now the chat bot will extract the code from the image and send product details to customers. After that if a customer asks any question my bot can reply like a human. And take order. App custer (who buy this Saas from me) can train his bot.
After taking orders, the order details (name, address, phone number and note) will automatically send google sheet.
Over all I want to make a bot like human. (Customer will not understand this is bot)
