So my thoughts on this are, I want to be able to have short 10sec clips ppl have to watch from local business that I have advertising contracts with.
I will use Vimeo to hold all the videos, (as it will format the videos for me) but would like them hyperlinked to wherever the business wants them to go once clicked.
I need help figuring out how to hyperlinked a video to a webpage, or phone number, is this something I can do?
And how to embed videos from Vimeo on a popup.
Also I would like them to randomize so that they see all the different ads before replaying ones they have seen.
Also is there a way for the vides to only play a certain amount of times each month? so if someone pays for more views theirs plays more where others do not.
