After user logs out and tries to log back in incorrect password error?

I’m having a heck of a time figuring out where I went wrong in my database. I’m using the standard signup/login popup standard with bubble.

Signing a user up works fine. The error occurs when the user logs out and tries to log back in to the login/signup popup “the password is not recognized”? Even though it is the exact password that the user signed up with.

  1. When a user signs up do they have to change their password immediately to access the app again?

  2. Is there a two-factor authentication plugin

work around the standard bubble login/signup pop up

It’s probably a pretty easy fix but then again I’m new to bubble so all the support I can get from this question is greatly appreciated.

@matthewdykema1 why are you changing the User’s credentials in Step 2? Can you post a screenshot of that action?

Try removing the Update the user’s credentials action in this one:
