AI Agent monthly limit reached less than 24 hours after upgrading to Starter Plan

I upgraded my app to the Starter Plan less than 24 hours ago because I am in the middle of an active implementation and need to complete and launch the app this weekend.

Today, my AI Agent was completely blocked with the message:

“Monthly limit reached. Your usage will reset in 13 days.”

I’m honestly struggling to understand how this is supposed to work for someone actively building an application with Bubble’s AI Agent.

I paid for the Starter Plan yesterday specifically so I could continue developing and launch my app. Less than 24 hours later, I can no longer use the Agent at all, I apparently have to wait 13 days, and BubbleBot says there is no way to even purchase additional Agent usage.

More importantly, I was never clearly informed when upgrading that there was a monthly AI Agent limit, how much usage was included, how much usage I had remaining, or that upgrading would not reset whatever usage cycle was already running.

If I had known that I could upgrade to a paid plan and then lose access to the AI Agent less than a day later for almost two weeks, that absolutely would have affected my planning and purchasing decision.

I have already contacted Bubble Support and asked whether they can reset or temporarily increase the limit because this is currently blocking my launch.

Has anyone else experienced this? Was Bubble able to reset or increase your AI Agent limit?

I also think Bubble really needs to make these limits and remaining usage visible to builders. It is extremely difficult to plan a serious implementation around a tool when you have no way of knowing that you are approaching a hard limit until access is suddenly gone.

Hi there I recommend you connect with our support team to see if they can help. But yeah another user posted about the AI limit in the forum as well
