AirDev Partner Program Dev Track Question

Hey everyone, I’m looking to better understand how the AirDev dev partner program works once you’re accepted.

For context (in case it matters), I’ve been Bubbling for about 5 years and also have a background in product management. After a planned travel sabbatical, I’m now transitioning back into full-time work and am US-based, in case that’s relevant.

A few questions I had:

  • Do developers typically get assigned to a project right away, or does this depend on availability?

  • Are developers dedicated to a single client or rotated across projects?

  • How frequently does one switch clients?

Over the past 5 years, I’ve mostly worked with a small number of long-term clients and built pretty strong relationships with them. At this point, I’m interested in the agency model so I can focus more on building and shipping products, rather than juggling client management.

Appreciate any insights from folks who’ve gone through the program — thanks!

Not sure about AirDev but maybe we can chat? I’m always looking for skilled developers to join our team. US based is a requirement so I figure it would be worth having a chat.
