API PROBLEM( switched user after login to social media account )

Hi All bubblier,

Any one encountered an issue like you are currently logging in your page then after logging into social media account (LinkedIn, Google, and Outlook) to import contact, it will switched to another user. I’ve already reported to support team but they said the issue was the custom call. Already tested in Icognito ( private browser) but still the same. I’m frustrated what is the cause of the issue in my custom call. Much appreciated with your help guys!

I think it is the same “feature” of how Bubble handles social media account linking.

Linking email/password account of user with their Google Account

Signup with an email - amy.amesbury@gmail.com Connect it to a Social Account. Logoff. Signup with a new email billy.billingsgate@gmail.com. All good…until you link Billy’s bubble account to the SAME social account as is connected to Amy. Bubble will then log you into Amy’s email account. And Billy’s account gets a bit messed up. So if you then use that social login, you get into the first one you linked. In practice it is unlikely to happen, but just a heads up.

It happens in testing as you are often using the same test accounts, but unlikely to occur in real.

Appreciate your quick response. But I’m using different domain account to logging in outlook. Looking forward NigelG, any advise to handle that issue ?
