I have two issues in my app that I can’t solve and when I click on them they seem to redirect to the wrong place.

I say the redirection is wrong for two reasons. First this element has no condition, second this issue previously redirected to another element I didn’t use in the app so I deleted it to see what would happen. After deletion issues persisted and they just redirected to the next element down the list.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or what is going on? Is this a bug?
Solved:
We created an element style further down this page that had some conditional errors. Guess what it was named, ‘test’. Delete your tests. Will report the navigation bug, thank you.
