Applying CSS to RG Elements

Hey everybody - random question about adding animation to groups within a repeating group via CSS - either with or without a plugin. Is it possible?

I’m trying to create an effect like this:

Would welcome free advice (obviously), but also happy to pay for coaching or freelance help.
