We do/are 
We build lots of Bubble/AI hybrids. Check out, for example, launchable.ai/fastserve, which is an ML infrastructure product (it allows data scientists to deploy their models as APIs, which can be plugged into, e.g., a Bubble app).
We also consult with lots of clients in the ML space who are using Bubble. It’s a very active marriage.
Also, a report just came out from O’Reilly surveying the state of the AI job market / landscape, and when asked which programming languages people used, one of the more popular answers was “I don’t use programming langauges”
