Are you up for a challenge? Can you create a Countdown Clock?

Hey Bubblers,
We have one final challenge with building our app and it is proving to be very tricky.

We need a Countdown Clock that is US Los Angeles Time… I need the Countdown clock to 1) Countdown Till 4pm everyday then at 4pm a workflow (pop up) on the site is triggered) then the pop up has a countdown until 4:05pm (5mins) then the pop up goes away and the site goes back to normal and the main Countdown and the competition starts again until 4pm the next day…

Is there anyone out there who feels they can with certainty achieve this task, i would love to hear from you?
