No need to attach any button 
It will automatically detect if the user is logged out
still it’s accessing the page(home page) from another browser 
You need to add that event to the homepage, not the log in page

Use the user’s email
You could either send it as is or send it as a token which you can reference in the subsequent steps to send it in your own emails (not Bubble’s native sendgrid)
So using this bubble will send the mail automatically?
