Automatically reply to new email inputs

Hi there,

Users can leave their email behind in my website, this then gets displayed into a repeating group in my dashboard.

How can I make it that every new user, that gets displayed into that repeating group, gets an automatic emails?

When the thing is created, follow it with a send email action
