I don’t know if it’s just me but I cannot see the background video option. Apologies if its obvious. New here!

Welcome to the Forum! I think the option is only available for the page background. For example, the property editor you have open in the screenshot is for a Group. If you double-click outside the page margins, it will open the page’s property editor and within Background Style, it should allow you to select ‘Video’.
