Beginner question about Current Cell

This is going to be a silly question but just getting started and confused about something.

I’m doing the tutorial called “Sending data to pages” and in one of the step’s it says that we are going to create a link where the the text of the link is the “Current cell’s title”

I’m not quite grasping the context of the Current cell here. What exactly is the “Current Cell”?

You are currently using a Reapeating group, which display a list of thing (texts, images, …). The current cell is the row of your table on your page, it’s the current element of the list shown.

Sorry if my explanation are unclear it’ this is old&far notion for me…
