Best way to work with images

Hello there,

Just to know which is the best option to work with images.

When I create an image field for x size (ex. 30x30) and then add an image of that size, it doesn’t look good.

When, however, I upload it as SVG there’s no problem. What would you suggest?

When you say it doesn’t look good, what exactly is happening?

the image is distorted when I load it. For example, if I add a 30x30 image in a 30x30 the image looks like 20x30 or something like that.
