These two fields aren’t currently used, and are optional. We created them to give you better picture of the complete design, and it’s basically up to template buyer if/how will use these fields.

How to configure payment gateways to receive platform fee as platform provider and service fee as instructor?

Thanks for reaching out!
You can set the Platform fee manually from the template editor (the action Charge user using saved CC).
Also, you can set as the platform fee the static value (for example, $10 for each booking) or insert a formula, that will be calculating some percent for each transaction:
