The Bubble plugin for Box.com suddenly stopped working. I use the plugin in an app that allows users to upload a request (business related) along with a file upload. The request is written to the Bubble database as a Thing and the file is uploaded to Box.com where it triggers a manual user process. This is a new app that was working for a week before the file upload to Box began failing. The only symptom is that the file does not appear in the designated Box folder, or any other folder on Box. I have been trying to troubleshoot the problem, but there are no logs or other tools that I am aware of that could provide data. The only change (on Box or Bubble) that I can think of that may be related this issue is the recent Bubble upgrade to version 6 that changed how files are managed. But, I reverted the app to v5 and the problem persisted.
This is an important app that will help our employees to work from home while dealing with the new normal caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It was ready to enter end-user testing before this problem started. Any recommendations on another plugin or method is much appreciated. I need to use JWT authorization with Box and pulled my hair out trying to use the API Connector plugin.
