Bubble app Connector - send data to app b to app a

Hi guys. I installed the plugin Bubble App Connector and I was able to get data from my App A to my App B. I’m trying to send data from App B to App A. I can’t seem to figure out how and some forums shows that it has something to do with API workflow. I’m new to bubble so I do not know how to. Can someone please guide me on how.
