This is what the Bubble AI page creator made for me, apparently this is already a deprecated feature , for good reason, even the images were not being created properly :
Here is with some more effort and some design inspiration from Dribble, this has animations as you go down the page and nice spacing and colors throughout with a nice font (in my opinion, you can tell me I’m wrong, I’m ok with it):
I guess you have to design yourself. However, I don’t see why bubble apps are ugly. May be people cannot design beautiful apps, but that’s not bubble’s problem
Yeah, that is mainly the issue. But there is the issue of when AI builds you a page and it is ugly. They are starting to get into that more and I can see how there will be a lot of ugly apps out there because of this too.
Seems like a skill issue, I don’t think this is ugly:
Though, you can certainly disagree…
Ultimately you can build whatever design you want with Bubble. The thing it’s very bad at compared to other tools is motion, but everything else, you can do pretty easily, natively, or with a little bit of CSS.
For this design, my feedback is text width is too high 720 is good generally. You start with left alligned and all of a sudden make it mid aligned. You do double counting too much, double counting is when one uses separators excessively. Separators are horizontal line, margin , font size, font weight. In this case from What we do cards, ‘‘Custom app development’’ is higher font and higher weight, thats already a good seperator on top of that you put what 16px bottom margin, thats too much
Agree with this. You can get creative with margin transitions and opacity, but yes, fundamentally container sizes changing are awkward.
Your site looks nice overall (not my personal taste but objectively speaking). With like 5 minutes of effort you can make this look less jittery/abrupt as well.
It is a bit excuse to say it is looking ugly or dull in bubble in my opinion.
I can suggest that , if you have a still picture on top of the landing page firstly check for the size. It should not exceed about 200 kb. Use webp, svg to reduce drastically. If you use large picture in small size , you need to resize to reduce the file weight. This tool is easy and doing job well for me. Then you can make animation with that picture with just using AI. You can use floating group to make parallax background moving image. You can use scroll position to show or hide an item. You can use hoover to push a little bir more for sophisticated designs. This is a matter of your time , asset and what do you or customers want to see. Just be sure about sizes , i gained about 10 mb for just changing the type and resizing the assets , then i made an animation with just under 1 mb.
This is my design by the way , i do not know if it looks good or not but i like to see it everyday . Smart Manufacturing
However , if you think that your customers will be attracted with something like this then you should code. This is far the best i see online.
