I’ve made another post about this with the product account, but I want to talk about it also from my personal one. So I’m excited to show you a tool I developed, it’s an advanced yet super easy tool to bring web apps to desktop, and of course you can do it also with your Bubble app. So basically it wraps your web app into a desktop app that exposes a local API you can use to access many powerful desktop native features, I’ve built a free Bubble plugin to use that API without the need to write any code. It also allows to develop native WASM plugins of any kind and complexity, it’s all based on Tauri and Rust in order to be lightweight yet powerful :flexed_biceps:.

You can also try the capabilities of the tool or test it directly with your Bubble app, as much as you want and for free of course, with the dedicated companion app.

Oh and btw, there are no subs or lock-in systems whatsoever, you have full ownership.

PS: I know there are other similar tool already, but I’ve made this in order to be as easier as possibile, lightweight, super convenient, with many great features, a plugin system to let advanced user create any powerful solution they might need, and without any kind of lock-in, and accessible to Bubble devs thanks to the plugin, cause as a Bubble user, I thought I’d love to give this incredible platform (Bubble) even more power with native desktop features.
(oh and there also are also distribution and signing features as well)
