Yep, but the good ones are already working for agencies/clients abroad and getting paid fair value for their work - not saying $6.50/hour is inherently insulting or anything, just that it won’t attract any experienced applicants.
my smiley was sarcastic, to be honest, 6.50 is insulting to me.
people accepting this should look to work for 15 an hour soon and if their client does not offer this after 3 months they should leave as either he is being too greedy with his margin or his budget is too low to offer the career you deserve in the times of internet and remote work.
