Bubble for an event/forum company

Hi, I’m about to design and develop a management system plust web & mobile apps for an event company, and I’m wondering if I should use bubble with the following factors in mind.

  1. Overall there will be 6k registrations and admissions of attendees per 2-day event, we don’t expect cluster of registrations like concert tickets, but we do expect rush hour entrances like the first 2 hours of opening.
    Concerns: my other web app handling a similar function of hostel check-ins is super slow to load for some reason, the form is merely 10 fields of text or dates and 1 field of passport photo, the page stays blank (screenshot 1) for at least 30 seconds before the table shows. It might be because of data relations or the filters, either way, it’s not good when you’re live at the door when people are queuing to get their badge printed.

  2. How easy/difficult is it to deploy an app like this to android and iOS? I saw that Bubble released native app feature this year but not sure how reliable it is at this moment, anyone with experience please do share, much appreciate it. And if we need to use a 3rd party solution, will it be clunky? Any thoughts/suggestions are highly welcomed.

  3. Will it be a nightmare to transition out of Bubble later? Say 2025 September event we use Bubble, and decide to add more features like community chat, blogs, business matchmaking… etc., Bubble might not sustain the volume and/or complexity. Again, anyone with experience, appreciate in advance for your sharing.
    For example, after X amount of datapoints/workflows/pages, you’ve decided to migrate…
