Hi,

We’re building a two-sided B2B marketplace for the Australian real estate market.

We’ve reviewed profiles on this forum and are looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer with proven marketplace experience.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING:
This is a searchable buyer brief database. Buyers agents upload their client’s brief. Selling agents search the database and receive weekly digest emails of new matching briefs. Phase 1 is three pages: Homepage, Buyers Agent Dashboard, Selling Agent Dashboard.

PHASE 1 MUST-HAVES:

  • Homepage: Who/What/Where/Why/When sections + BA login | SA login | Sign Up
  • Role-based registration and login (BA and SA)
  • BA brief upload form (11 fields: budget max, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, suburb/s multi-select, property type, buyer type, property reference, timeline, additional notes, properties already seen)
  • Brief verification: BA must upload front page of signed agency agreement before brief goes live. Optional: pre-approval letter upload for Finance Ready badge
  • SA search with filters (suburb, budget, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, buyer type, timeline)
  • Boosted briefs — $19 Stripe payment to pin brief to top of SA digest and search results
  • Weekly SA digest email (Monday 8am AEST, personalised by SA suburb/property preferences, boosted briefs first)
  • Instant alert option for SAs on new matching briefs
  • SA manual listing notify — SA logs in, selects matched BA briefs, sends notification about upcoming listing
  • Mobile responsive — all screens, mobile first, 375px minimum
  • Progressive Web App (PWA) — installable to iPhone and Android home screen, offline fallback
  • Basic admin dashboard
  • Email via Klaviyo or Mailchimp from hello@propaired.com.au

NOT IN PHASE 1:

  • No billing for brief submissions (free trial — Stripe only for $19 boost)
  • No in-app messaging
  • No AI or matching algorithms
  • No native app (PWA only)

BRAND:
Black (#080808) and white (#F2F2F0) only. Barlow Condensed headings, Barlow body. No colour accents. No gradients. Clean and premium. Full brand guide provided on engagement.

BUDGET: AUD $4,000–$5,500 fixed price. No hourly quotes.
TIMELINE: 10–14 weeks. Must be live before August 2026.
PAYMENT: 30% on signing / 40% at midpoint milestone / 30% on final sign-off.

Most posts are a paragraph and a budget. Having the field-level detail, phase boundaries and explicit “not in phase 1” list means less back-and-forth guessing and a quote that’s actually accurate, not padded for unknowns thus a good brief @kate.smith011
