Bubble Tester App Tests "Live" Version?

It seems like the Bubble Tester App only tests the “live” version of the app as opposed to the “development” version of the app. Is that true? It would make more sense to me if it would test the “development” version as I’d like to see/test the changes I’m making as I’m making them. Is there a way to choose which version gets loaded?

it should be the dev version actually. Please fill a bug report if it isn’t (but checking the code, it should be)
