Bubble use case...Scripting service for call center agents

Hey Bubble community,

I have a quick question, has anyone used this service for a scripting platform connected to a larger CRM?

Basically i am wanting to use bubble (or something else), to be able to bring all scripting inhouse at the call center that i work at. So i am curious if there is anyone that has used this platform as a scripting service.

I would be collecting basic customer information, minus CC info, and then would need to API that information to a larger CRM named Five9. Most of our clients have our agents webpop their system and the information goes directly to the clients DB. but we have some that i would need to collect all customer information for lead gen clients.

Mainly just curious if someone has used bubble for this specific case explained above.
