Bubblebot "help" email

Hi,

Bubble used to have a support email where a human would help you, I spend $400/month with Bubble and they can’t even be bothered to answer emails? I have just been in an email conversation with the “support” and realised it is a bot. This is so frustrating. My question is not answered and I need a human, how can I get a human to talk to me, any ideas?

That is so kind, but thankfully I did get a human email me so I am OK now. I hope they remove the AI Bot function, it just makes me, as a customer, feel that they dont want to talk to me!
