- Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to prepare detailed proposals, including project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue goals.
- Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including agencies, enterprises, and startups.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in software development or IT services.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, low-code/no-code platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, market trends, and business data to drive informed decisions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work with international clients across different time zones.
