Do you know how can I get rid of this initial time showing in the calendar?

Are you using a custom date format? If you are, you can just change it to however you like it

To be honest I haven´t touch any time format, I´ve read something about going to Setting->Languages, but not sure where to touch

Negative, I started a blank new proyect, so not sure how to proceed, I mean, I think I´ve seen several videos where that time is not displaying, so I´m pretty sure you can remove it somehow

if you’re using a plugin, there must be some sort of date format that you could change / toggle in the element’s tab.

Can you send the link of the plugin? Will try to see it on my end

I think there is no plugin page available as it is the plugin developed by Bubble, the name is “Full Calendar”
