Can a bubble web app detect when the mobile screen is on

I want my app to check whether the mobile screen is on. Can I do this in bubble maybe turning the bubble web app into an PWA and then checking whether screen is on?

Why don’t you do conditionals based on screen size?

I want to know whether the phone is on. Screen size just detects… the screen.
