Can mobile camera be used in non-native app?

I’m working on some pages in my app which are built for resolutions pertaining to mobile phones.

Without making these pages ‘native’, is it possible to access the device’s camera when the Bubble page is viewed on a mobile phone?

In other words, is it necessary to make a page native in order to access such device features?

No. Web RTC protocol allows for this.
