Cannot disable app protection

Hi everyone,
I want to disable app protection with username and password but when I go to Settings > General, the checkbox ‘Limit access to this app with a username and password’ is disabled.
Anyone can help me?

Is your app on an agency plan? In that case you cannot disable it.
