Hello, I am running into an issue where I’m trying to deploy a new build and my deploy button won’t allow me to submit. I’m seeing the message below about OTAs, and it says I need a new build, but for some reason I can’t deploy. I ran the backend checker and no issues. The only change I made between the previous build and this one was adding workflow to a button to log the user out so I don’t believe that is the issue. Has anyone encountered this who can provide some help?
It’s not a mistake on your part. Sometimes bubble makes changes to the code that force you to launch a new build. So your only option is to submit a new build. @nick.carroll do you think this can be included in the documentation?
Thank you. But my main issue is that I cannot deploy a new build. The button to do so when it asks what type of build to make remains inactive when I go to deploy the next iteration. Have you encountered that before?
Sorry but I didn’t quite understand.. what happens if you select new build from that drop-down menu?
Solved through Bubble support - I had to check the box to run checks on my backend workflows and then it allowed me to deploy!
I’m currently seeing the same thing, it wont let me do an ota deploy, only a new build… I did a new build 2 days ago because of this but have a small bug that needs fixing and it’s making me do a new build rather than an ota deploy.
