Can't expand elements tree

When i use my another google account in Chrome, i can’t see element tree “Plus” button for expand

This happens to me all the time! I usually resolve it by clicking on a random element on the page and then when the element window opens up I click the button that says “Reveal in the Elements tree” and then everything appears.
