I wan to create a chart like this :
I have in my data item
item name : txt field
item date : date field
Thank for your help 
If you’re using the Chart Element plugin, then set the type to your Item data type and the source to:
Search for Items :group by > Day > Interval = 7 (meaning each group is 7 days)
Add an aggregation of Count.
Each plot point/bar on the graph will count the number of items in each 7 day period.
